In December of 2016 I requested bids from 3 contractors to install pavers for my driveway. Being in commercial construction for 40 years I requested bids from the contacts that I had from past years. Because you worked on my neighbors patio I also asked Power Construction Services for a proposal based on my design and material request.
You were prompt, knowledgeable, accurate with your proposal and you were the lowest bid. Being a construction manager myself I knew what to ask and what to look for in a contractor, you met all the criteria for a contractor that I wanted to work with. You also made it very easy to communicate with you, such as when I needed design information, permit updates and scheduling the work.
The building department made it very difficult to get our permit in a timely manor but your persistence pushed the project to completion.
The work was performed in a professional manor and to my specifications. I am very pleased with how my driveway turned out. My neighbors immediately told me how much they loved the way the driveway and the house look from the street.
Your men are skilled, pleasant and hard working. This was an excellent installation, my property has now escalated in price.
I have already recommended your company to a friend who is also a construction manager. If the occasion arises that I need additional work at my house or on commercial properties that I manage I will be calling you for a proposal.
